JOB DESCRIPTION

We're a US residential painting company in Georgia. Our marketing brings in homeowners who already asked for a quote. Your job is to get them on Zoom, walk them through the estimate, and close.

No cold calling. Every lead raised their hand.

What you'll do
Contact every new lead within 5 minutes — speed to lead is non-negotiable
Run scheduled Zoom estimate calls with US homeowners
Build the estimate in Jobber and send it out
Handle price objections without getting pushy, ask for the sale, close it
Follow the established follow-up cadence by call, text, and email. Never let a lead go cold.
Update GoHighLevel (Lead Connector) daily — pipeline stages must be current before you log off
Targets
30% close rate
5-minute response time on new leads
Pipeline updated every single day
What we require
2+ years in phone or video sales where you personally closed deals (industry doesn't matter — home services, insurance, solar, coaching, SaaS — as long as you carried a quota and hit it)
Near-native spoken English. US homeowners have to feel comfortable inside 30 seconds. This is our biggest filter.
Full time on US business hours, Monday–Friday
Reliable computer, headset, stable internet (10+ Mbps), quiet room, and a clean background you're comfortable being on camera in
Coachable. We record calls and review them with you weekly.
