JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We're Paldy, an ecommerce brand selling high-protein cereal ( ---------- ), and we're currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

We move fast and sell across Europe, so we're looking for someone who:

is adaptable and comfortable using AI tools in their work
is reliable and on time — deadlines genuinely matter to us
is creative and resourceful, and can solve problems on their own instead of waiting to be handed everything
communicates clearly and takes feedback well
has an eye for what actually performs, and understands visual hierarchy: grabbing attention first, then making the message instantly clear
You'll start in Klaviyo and Figma, with the plan to move onto our internal tool, which translates our ads and emails into 20 European languages in a few clicks.
