E-Commerce Website Designer & Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Website Designer & Developer to design and build a modern, professional, and high-converting online store.
The ideal candidate should have both strong design skills and technical experience building e-commerce websites. You’ll be responsible for creating an attractive shopping experience, setting up the online store, integrating payments and essential features, and ensuring the website works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
* Design and develop a professional e-commerce website
* Create an easy-to-use and visually appealing shopping experience
* Design product pages, category pages, homepage, cart, and checkout
* Set up product listings, pricing, inventory, and product variations
* Integrate secure payment processing
* Configure shipping and tax settings
* Make the website fully responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop
* Implement customer accounts, order tracking, contact forms, and other necessary features
* Optimize website speed and performance
* Apply SEO best practices
* Set up analytics and conversion tracking
* Test the entire purchasing process before launch
* Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs
* Launch the website and provide basic post-launch support

Requirements
* Proven experience building e-commerce websites
* Strong UI/UX and web design skills
* Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar
* Experience integrating payment gateways
* Understanding of e-commerce checkout and conversion optimization
* Knowledge of responsive design and mobile optimization
* Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines
* Portfolio showing previous e-commerce projects

Nice to Have
* Experience with product photography or image optimization
* Experience with email marketing integrations
* Experience with CRM, inventory, or fulfillment integrations
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center
* Experience with Meta/TikTok advertising integrations
* Experience creating high-converting landing pages
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
