JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly organized, systems-driven professional who loves both digital media production and business administration?
I am a 31-year-old UK-based international professional running a high-leverage business ecosystem spanning international financial/wealth development, UK insurance protection, and an elite combat sports media channel (DKJ) where I interview world-class fighters and champions.
I am not looking for a basic assistant to manage an inbox. I am looking for a Growth Operations Partner. Your job is to remove low-value, recurring execution tasks from my plate so I can focus entirely on high-level relationships, advisory, and strategy.
This role begins at 15 hours per week, with a clear track to scale to 21+ hours per week based on performance, speed, and accuracy.
## The Three Core Responsibilities:
1. The Media Engine (DKJ Content — Approx. 6 Hours/Week):

* Act as the editor, repurposer, and scheduler for my combat sports media channel.
* Take raw interview footage and convert it into 5–10 highly engaging vertical Shorts/Reels/TikToks using CapCut. You will follow strict editing rules (hooks in the first 2 seconds, clean captions, no ridiculous effects, boxing aesthetic).
* Manage full YouTube uploads, including generating SEO descriptions, timestamps, basic clean thumbnails, and cross-platform scheduling.

2. The Growth Engine (Data Research & Scripted Outreach — Approx. 5 Hours/Week):

* Execute a strict Research ? Qualify ? CRM Entry ? Scripted Outreach process inside a Master Google Sheet.
* Build and maintain clean databases of prospective high-net-worth clients (cross-border expats linking the UK, Switzerland, and Portugal) and strategic Referral Partners (international movers, specialized accountants, mortgage brokers).
* Important: You will be expected to conduct outbound outreach using pre-approved scripts and templates. You must be comfortable communicating professionally with prospects and business owners. You are not expected or permitted to provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Any substantive enquiry must be instantly escalated to me.
* Input real-world business cards and contact notes from my networking events into our tracking system and prepare follow-up reminders.

3. The Command Engine (Personal Operating System — Approx. 4 Hours/Week):

* Maintain our Master Google Sheet daily to keep track of outstanding tasks across multiple business entities, my financial advisory study schedule, pending content uploads, and personal travel/logistics.
* Submit a quick, 5-minute Daily VA Scorecard Report at the end of every shift tracking your daily output (Outreach sent, follow-ups, clips completed, and blockers).

## Requirements:

* Combat Sports Fanatic: You must understand boxing/MMA culture, major promotions, and what makes a video clip look "hype" to a sports audience.
* CapCut & Canva Mastery: You must be fast and highly creative with short-form vertical video editing and clean, professional layouts.
* Elite Professional English: Your written communication must be sophisticated, grammatically perfect, and reliable.
* Strict Discipline: You must be able to follow strict processes, work with structured scripts, and know exactly when to escalate a conversation to me without improvising.

## Salary & Hours:

* Hours: 15 hours per week to start (Scalable to 21+ hours based on progress).
* Rate: $3.50 – $6.50 USD / hour (Depending on your exact experience and technical skill).
