JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We’re a growing residential cleaning company based in Dallas, TX called Nova Lux Cleaning LLC . We provide top-quality house cleaning services. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help us grow. This is a long-term position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reply to customer messages via email, WhatsApp, and phone

Manage cleaning schedules on our booking platform

Handle cleaners schedules

Update our Google Business profile and respond to reviews

Create simple social media posts (using Canva)

Follow up with leads

General admin tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and spoken English

Previous experience as a VA or in customer service

Organized, reliable, and proactive

Strong internet connection

Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, and Excel

NICE TO HAVE (Not Required):

Familiar with Booking Koala (Very nice to have)

Experience working with US clients

Familiarity with the US service industry

Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads (LSA)

Knowledge of Meta and instagram ads
