JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled real estate vacant land comper to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately determine the market value of vacant land properties across the United States. You will use tools like Zillow to analyze recent sales (both for-sale and sold comps) and ensure precise valuations. Based on your analysis, you’ll help the team make offers under market value. We need someone with a strong understanding of comping methods, attention to detail, and accuracy in land valuation.
