We work with real clients on real campaigns, and we're a small enough team that the person in this role will have visible ownership of our social presence from week one.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Social Media & Admin Assistant to take our social media off my plate — design it, edit it, write it, post it, report on it — plus help with light administrative work.

This starts at 2-4 hours per day. If it's a strong fit, it grows into a full-time 40-hour role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Graphic design for social posts
- Short-form video editing
- Writing captions and content
- Consistent scheduling and posting
- Simple performance reporting (what worked, what didn't)
- Basic administrative support

PLATFORMS YOU'LL MANAGE
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more

TOOLS YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW

- Canva
- CapCut
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Basecamp, or a similar project management tool
- AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
Nice to have (not required): Higgsfield, Opus Clip, Descript

WHO THIS IS FOR

You'll do well here if you're organized, you hit deadlines without being chased, and you can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished post without a lot of hand-holding. Clear written English matters, since most of our communication happens in Slack and Basecamp.

THE DETAILS

- Part-time to start: 2-4 hours per day
- Schedule: aligned to US Central Time. Please note this is a night shift in the Philippines — only apply if that genuinely works for your life
- 100% remote, work from home
- Salary released twice a month: 15th and end of month
- Clear path to full-time (40 hours per week) based on performance
- Stable, long-term role — we're not looking for a short project hire
