JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Tech VA with hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience to support backend builds and automation setup for a small private healthcare practice
This is a role that requires direct input and recommendations for back end operations and full implementation.

What You’ll Do
Build and update workflows inside GHL
Implement automation logic (triggers, waits, conditions, if/else, tagging)
Build funnels from existing templates
Customize templates with branding (images, layout updates, colors)
Set up forms, surveys, pipelines, and calendars
Build and organize membership areas
Create and format emails inside GHL
QA test automations before marking tasks complete
Record Loom screen recordings with clear step-by-step instructions for users when needed
If applicable skill set: design event fliers and social media posts
You will not write copy or create marketing strategy.
Requirements
You must:
Have real, hands-on experience inside GHL
Be comfortable building workflows independently
Understand automation logic and troubleshooting
Speak and write fluent English
Be comfortable on Zoom with camera on for interviews
BONUS: worked with U.S Based healthcare practices in the past
This is not an entry-level position.
