We’re looking for an experienced social media and marketing expert to help grow our real estate media business and get in front of more real estate agents throughout our area.

We need someone who can help us consistently put out engaging content, grow our online presence, and build a strategy that brings more attention to the business.

You should have experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts organically, understand what makes content perform, and be able to keep up with current social media and real estate trends.

We provide everything real estate agents need to market their listings, including professional photography, video, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, property websites, virtual staging, and more.

What we really need is someone who can bring the strategy, ideas, creativity, and consistency behind our content. Someone who can help us figure out what we should be posting, stay on top of trends, come up with new content ideas, and create a plan to consistently grow our audience and reach more potential clients.

If you have video editing experience, that’s a big plus. Experience creating Reels, TikToks, short-form content, hooks, captions, and turning raw footage into content that performs would be even better. If you have strong video editing experience, additional hours and work will be available.

Experience with Meta Ads is also a plus.

We’ll start at around 2–3 hours per day, with the opportunity for more hours based on your experience and the quality of your work. There is also potential for the role to grow into something larger in the future.
