WARM LEADS PROVIDED • NO COLD CALLING • UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We are looking for a KILLER sales closer who knows how to turn interested prospects into PAID CLIENTS.

This is NOT an appointment-setting position.

This is NOT a virtual assistant position.

This is NOT for someone who wants to “learn sales.”

We are looking for someone who already knows how to CLOSE.

Our company generates inbound leads through social media, content, advertising, funnels, and our existing audience.

Your job is simple:

Answer DM’s. Check to make sure manychat sent full automation in each dm. Send necessary links to funnels in DMs. Get on the call. Build trust. Find the problem. Present the solution. Handle the objection. ASK FOR THE MONEY. CLOSE THE DEAL.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Check and answer DMs daily to make sure manychat automation sends properly and send leads link to funnels.
*Take pre-booked sales calls with warm/inbound prospects
* Conduct discovery and identify the prospect’s real problem
* Recommend the appropriate offer
* Confidently ask for the sale
* Handle price, timing, spouse/partner, fear, trust, and “I need to think about it” objections
* Follow up aggressively but professionally with und ---------- prospects
* Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups inside our CRM
* Track your calls, closes, cash collected, follow-ups, and conversion rate
* Attend sales training and call-review sessions when required

WHO WE WANT

You should have:

* Proven high-ticket closing experience
* Experience selling $1,000+ offers
* Excellent spoken English
* Strong phone AND Zoom presence
* Exceptional objection-handling ability
* Confidence discussing money
* Strong emotional intelligence
* The ability to sell without sounding scripted or desperate
* Experience with CRM/pipeline management
* Reliable internet, computer, headset, camera, and quiet workspace

Experience selling coaching, consulting, business education, financial education, credit/funding services, tax education, digital products, memberships, or entrepreneurship offers is a MAJOR PLUS.

YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF:

* You are primarily an appointment setter
* You have never closed high-ticket offers
* You’re scared to ask for payment on the call
* You immediately discount when someone says the price is too high
* You need someone constantly reminding you to follow up
* You blame the leads every time you don’t close
* You don’t know your sales numbers
* You cannot take coaching or feedback
* You’re looking for an hourly VA position

COMPENSATION

Commission-based with NO CAP on earnings.

The better you close, the more leads and earning opportunities you receive.

Top performers will have opportunities for increased commission, bonuses, leadership positions, and additional offers to sell.
