The Role
You'll spend your shift inside Meta Ads Manager, reading and replying to customer comments on our live Facebook and Instagram ads. Your job is to respond to every single comment in a way that protects the brand, moves people closer to buying, and defuses negativity before it spreads.

This is not a copy-paste job. Every reply needs to sound human, on-brand, and specific to what the person actually said. Templates get spotted immediately and hurt trust.

What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to comments on all active Meta ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Answer product questions accurately after learning our catalog
- Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge
- Escalate refund/shipping issues to the support team using our process
- Hide or report spam, hate, and off-topic content per our guidelines
- Track patterns in the comments (common questions, objections, praise) and share a short weekly report

What we need:
- Has used meta ads manager interface
- Knows DTC or e-commerce brands (Experience preferred but not required)
- Managed Facebook and Instagram comments (Experience preferred but not required)
- Previous Customer Service Experience (A plus but not required)
- Team-player, highly adaptable, can work independently
- Quick learner and takes feedback well
- Detail-oriented and consistent
- Emotionally intelligent with customers
- Able to work 10pm to 7am PH time, including weekends
- 44hrs a week with time tracker
