Position: Remote Technical Support Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time (Must be willing to work on shifting schedules)
Location: Remote (Applicants residing in Marikina, Pasig, or Quezon City are preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote CCTV Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and network-related technologies.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems and related equipment
• Assist clients with installation, configuration, and remote viewing setup
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including IP addressing, PoE, port forwarding, and connectivity concerns
• Create, update, and maintain support tickets with accurate documentation
• Respond to technical inquiries through support channels and collaborate with team members when necessary
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support as needed
? Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in CCTV technical support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting NVRs, DVRs, and IP camera systems
• Familiarity with port forwarding, IP conflicts, remote access, and network diagnostics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Willingness to work rotating or shifting schedules
