JOB OVERVIEW

Tort Claim Strategies (TCS ) is hiring a sharp, creative Direct-Response Meta Ad Script Writer to create short-form paid-social video scripts for legal-awareness and lead-generation campaigns.

This is not a general content-writing, SEO, blog-writing, screenplay, or organic-social role.

We need someone who can take a detailed campaign brief, understand the audience, generate multiple original angles, write excellent first-three-second hooks, and turn research into short scripts that make people stop, understand, and take the next step.

The work can involve sensitive legal topics. Your writing needs to be persuasive without becoming sensational, inaccurate, or careless. You must be able to work inside clear compliance boundaries while still finding fresh, human, high-performing angles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Write concise direct-response video scripts, generally around 60–200 words, for Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and other paid-social placements.

• Research the campaign brief, audience, objections, source material, and reference creative.

• Create a repeatable bank of original angles, not just slight variations of the same idea.

• Develop strong hooks, clear narratives, natural calls to action, and multiple testable script variations.

• Improve scripts from feedback, creative testing, and performance learnings.

• Work carefully within campaign-specific compliance rules, including avoiding unsupported claims, outcome guarantees, misleading urgency, and language that is inappropriate for sensitive legal-awareness campaigns.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must have genuine evidence that you can write short-form direct-response scripts for paid social, lead generation, sales, sign-ups, or another measurable conversion goal.

You will be a strong fit if you can:

• Show relevant Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube ad, UGC, direct-response, or lead-generation examples.

• Explain why a hook works, the audience it is aimed at, the angle behind it, and the action it was designed to drive.

• Write excellent English that is concise, natural, clear, and conversion-focused.

• Generate original angles independently and respond well to direct feedback.

• Research new topics quickly and make sound creative decisions from the research.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for approximately 20 hours per week initially. Pay is output-based and will be agreed as a per-script or batch rate based on your experience, work quality, speed, and availability.

Selected finalists will complete a short paid test task before any ongoing engagement begins.

HOW TO APPLY

We review complete, thoughtful applications only. Generic portfolios and one-click applications will not be considered.

To apply, complete this form:

----------

The form asks for relevant samples, an explanation of your strongest example, a short angle exercise, your approach to compliance, and your proposed rates.

Applications submitted only through the Tally form will be reviewed.
