JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for another creative to join our team. ????

This isn't a role where you'll simply be told what font to use, where to put every element, or exactly which second of a video to cut.

We're looking for someone who can think creatively, understand a brand, and make good visual decisions independently.

Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Setup: Remote / Work From Home
Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
Starting Salary: ?14,000/month
Location: Philippines

What you'll work on:

• Social media graphics and static posts
• Instagram carousels
• Reels and short-form videos
• Turning long-form content into engaging short clips
• Captions and on-screen text
• Branded marketing materials
• Adapting designs across different client brands
• Improving raw footage and making it social-media ready
• Occasional creative projects for our clients and Build With Sara

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong eye for clean, intentional design
• Understands typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance
• Can follow an established brand without making every client's content look the same
• Can identify strong moments from long-form videos without always needing timestamps
• Knows how to edit short-form content with good pacing
• Understands when to add creative elements and when to keep things simple
• Can take feedback without becoming dependent on step-by-step instructions
• Pays close attention to details
• Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
• Is dependable and interested in growing with a small team

Tools

Experience with Canva and CapCut is important. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other creative tools is a plus.

We're not looking for perfection.

We're looking for someone with good creative judgment, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to turn direction into thoughtful creative work.
