JOB OVERVIEW

Castelo Portrait Art is looking for a confident, energetic Remote Outbound Appointment Setter to join our booking team.

This is NOT cold calling. You will be contacting warm leads who have already responded to our advertising and expressed interest in participating in one of our portrait projects.

Your job is simple: connect with interested leads, create excitement about their portrait experience, answer questions, overcome objections, and get qualified clients booked on our calendar.

What You’ll Do

* Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
* Follow up with leads by phone and text
* Build excitement around our portrait projects
* Follow our proven booking script and process
* Answer common questions and confidently handle objections
* Collect the required $214 refundable booking retainer to secure appointments
* Schedule clients accurately on our calendar
* Maintain detailed notes and lead statuses in our CRM
* Follow up consistently with leads who don’t book on the first call
* Meet daily and weekly booking and activity goals

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

* Excellent on the phone
* Warm, upbeat, confident and personable
* Persistent without being pushy
* Comfortable asking for payment and closing appointments
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
* Able to follow a script while still sounding natural
* Coachable and receptive to call reviews and feedback
* Competitive and motivated by measurable goals
* Organized and reliable
* Comfortable working independently from home

Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

* Appointment setting
* Outbound sales
* B2C phone sales
* Lead follow-up
* Call center sales
* High-volume telephone work

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM is a plus but not required.

Technical Requirements

You must have:

* Reliable high-speed internet
* A quality headset
* A quiet, professional workspace
* Reliable computer
* Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
* Experience using Go High Level CRM

Compensation

Hourly base pay- $810 per hour / 40 hours a week + Bonuses when KPI's are exceeded

How Success Is Measured

This is a performance-driven position. We track:

* Call activity
* Contact rate
* Lead follow-up
* Appointments booked
* Booking retainers collected
* Appointment show rate
* Lead-to-booking conversion

Our goal is not simply to fill the calendar. We want qualified, excited clients who actually show up for their appointments.
