JOB OVERVIEW

We are Pilot Practice (KloudMD) — a US company that builds software and marketing systems for medical practices.

This is a MARKETING job. You will own campaigns, tracking, landing pages, and “why didn’t this convert.” You are not a software engineer, and this is not a VA / Canva / social-media-poster seat.

WHO WE NEED
A digital marketer who is technical enough to implement, not just recommend.

You can read a Google Ads or Meta account, spot wasted spend, and write a one-page diagnosis. You can also open Google Tag Manager, check a pixel, fix a thank-you event, and tell us why Ads says 41 conversions while the CRM shows 6 contacts.

Zapier / n8n / Make / workflow-building counts as technical. You do not need to write Laravel. You DO need to get your hands dirty in the tools.

You will work with our US marketing team (ads + social already exist). You are the technical marketing executor.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
- Run and diagnose paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta). Landing pages, offers, conversion paths — not just “boost the post.”
- Own conversion tracking: GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversions (including the difference between a form-open, a lead, and an appointment actually booked).
- Build and QA landing pages (WordPress / HTML). Headlines, forms, mobile, thank-you pages.
- Diagnose broken funnels. Ad click ? landing page or booking widget ? CRM ? (sometimes) EHR. Find which hop died.
- Call tracking / number swap (DNI). Ads have a tracking number. The website footer often still shows the main office line.
- UTM + source slugs so we can see which ad, keyword, and page made the lead.
- Light automations (Zapier / similar) between ads, forms, and CRM when needed.
- Implement, not just recommend.

MUST HAVE
- You have shipped real ads or tracking work, not only a course certificate.
- You have published or edited a GTM container (or can do it on a shared screen).
- You can explain pageview vs form submit vs “consult requested” vs “appointment actually booked” without mixing them up.
- You can look at a landing page or booker and say why it will not convert — including healthcare landmines (fake urgency, guaranteed outcomes, missing DOB, slots at 2am).
- WordPress (or equivalent) without breaking the header.
- English a US doctor's office would trust. Video interview.
- Night-shift overlap with Arizona, USA (MST). At least 4 hours overlap with 8am–5pm Arizona. 40 hrs/week.

NICE TO HAVE
- Google Ads or Meta you personally ran, with numbers (spend, CPA, what you changed).
- GA4 / Looker Studio weekly report you built.
- Zapier, n8n, Make, or HubSpot/GHL workflows.
- Healthcare, clinics, or any regulated lead gen.
- Enough HTML/CSS/JS to inspect a page and a dataLayer push. PHP/Laravel is a bonus, not the job.

PAY
$3,000 USD/month. 40 hours/week. Paid 4-hour trial before any long-term offer.

HOW WE THINK — A REAL CLIENT EXAMPLE (READ THIS)
This is a real i ---------- we had. We are giving you the answer so you see the bar. Do not copy this structure blindly into your application.

What the client said: "People on our booking page are seeing 2:00am and 3:00am appointment times. We are a Chicago clinic. We are open 8am–5pm."

What a ChatGPT answer looks like: "Please verify timezone settings are consistent across your systems and consider using a timezone library."

What actually happened: the clinic's location timezone was Chicago. The booking-channel hours were 8–5. A hidden availability row still defaulted to UTC. The booker used that row. 8am Chicago became 2–3am on the public widget. Ads were sending paid traffic to a page that looked broken. "Fix the ads" would have done nothing.

What we needed someone to do in the first 20 minutes, talking the whole time:
1. Open the live booker as a visitor (not logged into WordPress). Pick tomorrow. Write down the first three slot times.
2. Ask: what city is this clinic in, and what hours do they tell patients?
3. If slots are outside 6am–10pm in that city, stop talking about pixels. The conversion problem is the product, not GTM.
4. Compare one slot to what the clinic's calendar / EHR shows for the same day.
5. Only after the slots look human, check whether ads conversions match CRM bookings.

If you cannot follow that kind of thinking, you will hate this job.

YOUR APPLICATION — A DIFFERENT REAL CASE. DO NOT PASTE THIS INTO CHATGPT AND REWRITE IT.

Most applications we get are written by ChatGPT. We will not interview those.

1) First line of your application must be exactly: WIRE-MANGO-18
2) Do not start with "I am writing to express my interest" or "I am a results-driven professional."
3) Answer THIS case in 8–12 sentences, no bullet lists. Use your own words. Name the exact screens you would open, in order. If you have seen this in real life, say what the actual cause was last time.

THE CASE:
A Phoenix-area medical practice. We spent $1,800 on Google Search ads last week. Google Ads shows 41 conversions. Our CRM (Pilot Practice) shows 6 new contacts whose source looks like Google. Only 2 of those 6 have an appointment on the calendar. The doctor says "the phones rang all day, ads must be working, why is your report so low?" The website footer and the booking widget both show the main office number, (480) ---------- . In Google Ads, the call-extension number is a different number we provisioned for tracking. The booking widget is an embed on a WordPress page. Some thank-you / "consult requested" tags fire when someone only opens the booker, not when they finish. The practice's EHR will reject a new-patient booking that has no date of birth.

What are the 2–4 most likely explanations, ranked? What would you check first, and what would you refuse to "fix" in Ads until you had looked at the live page? Do not give a generic "audit the pixel" essay.

4) Paste a 60–90 second video (Loom / Drive / unlisted YouTube). Camera on. Handwritten paper with today's date and WIRE-MANGO-18. Then talk — do not read — about the last tracking, call-tracking, or landing-page problem you personally fixed. For 10 seconds, show the actual tool (GTM, Ads, WordPress, or Zapier).

If you cannot do the video, do not apply. If you use AI to write #3, we will know on the live call and we will end it.

We hire the person who can do the work on a shared screen, not the person with the prettiest cover letter.
