JOB OVERVIEW

Matano IT is a US-based IT services company (New Jersey) that helps small businesses with managed IT, Microsoft 365, phone systems, security, and websites.

We are hiring one part-time appointment setter to call small businesses in the US and book short introductory calls for our founder. This is not a generic script. Every business you call has already been reviewed by our system, and you will have specific, true findings about their email domain or phone number to talk about. Your job is to explain the finding simply, find out who handles their technology, and book a 15-minute review call. You will not sell or quote prices.

What we require (please do not apply if you do not meet all of these):
- At least 1 year of B2B cold calling to US businesses (appointment setting, lead gen, or outbound SDR). You must have booked live meetings, not only dialed.
- Clear, confident, neutral English. You will be speaking with business owners and office managers.
- Available 4 hours per day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM US Eastern, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week to start).
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet (10 Mbps or better), USB headset, and a laptop that can run a softphone.
- Comfortable logging every call in a CRM and following a qualification checklist.
- Reliable attendance. No-shows end the trial immediately.

Pay: $6 to $7 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly. $25 bonus for every booked appointment where the prospect actually attends the call.

Two-week paid trial with a clear bar: at least 2 held appointments in week 2, or we end the engagement. Then ongoing part-time with the option to add hours. We will interview a shortlist and keep a backup candidate ready.
