JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to own the creative-research-to-testing pipeline for an ecommerce company. You'll be the person figuring out why an ad should work before it's ever produced, then reading the data to know what to test next.

Core Responsibilities:
Find winning creative references (competitors, adjacent brands, ad libraries)
Conduct customer and competitor research
Develop angles and hooks for new ad concepts
Build and test hypotheses systematically
Write first-pass briefs and scripts
Run controlled iterations on proven winners
Analyze creative performance data
Recommend what to test next based on results

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in direct-response ecommerce
Fluent in what makes Meta ad creative work (hooks, angles, native formats)
Strong in research and copywriting instincts
Able to clearly explain why a concept should perform, not just pitch ideas
Able to provide a portfolio or case studies of past creative work
