ABOUT YOU

You are more than a GHL builder. You are a strategic thinker who enjoys solving business problems through automation, AI, and connected systems. You can take a client's challenge, design the right solution, and build it from concept to completion.

You are comfortable managing multiple client accounts, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring every workflow is reliable, scalable, and delivers real business outcomes.

MUST HAVE

4+ years of hands on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, automation, campaigns, pipelines, forms, calendars, and AI Agents.
Proven ability to design business solutions using GHL, AI tools, integrations, and automation.
Agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of automation logic, CRM systems, and customer journeys.
Experience with webhooks, Zapier, Make, APIs, and third party software integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, optimise, and document workflows.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
Available during Australian business hours.
Reliable internet connection and a strong track record of delivering high quality work on time.

HIGHLY REGARDED

Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to improve workflows and automation.
Experience creating SOPs or training team members on GHL systems.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, sales automation, or revenue operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our GHL Strategist & Workflow Specialist, you will work with clients to understand their business challenges and transform them into scalable automation solutions.

You will design, build, test, and optimise workflows using GoHighLevel, AI tools, and connected applications. You will work across multiple client sub accounts and internal Flowstate systems, ensuring every solution is well documented, thoroughly tested, and delivers measurable business value.

You will also collaborate with our team to continuously improve our internal systems and contribute ideas that help us deliver exceptional client outcomes.
