Salary: $800 – $1,500 USD/month (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (PH Night Shift)

Location: 100% Work-From-Home

What You’ll Do
GoHighLevel & Pipeline Control: Triage inbound leads, filter out spam, draft accurate proposals, and run a tight 48-hour follow-up system to boost sales.

Permit Administration: Process trade and EV charger permits through the Technical Safety BC portal and manage client closure notices.

Customer Support: Answer inquiries across phone, email, text, and WhatsApp with warm, professional service.

Operations & QC: Audit client files, invoices, and deposit records to ensure accurate revenue tracking.

Who You Are
GHL Power User: Hands-on experience navigating and managing GoHighLevel pipelines, messaging, and tags.

Flawless Communicator: Near-native spoken and written English with a natural, confident North American phone voice.

Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in 100% accuracy—nothing misses your radar.

Trade VA Experience: 1–2+ years supporting US/Canadian clients (Electrical, HVAC, or Home Services experience is a major advantage).

Night Shift Ready: Fully equipped and reliable for standard PST operating hours.

Your Performance Targets
Inbound leads processed within 1–2 hours.

100% completed execution on 48-hour follow-ups.

Permits processed and closed out within 48 hours.

98%+ accuracy across billing, invoices, and proposals.
