JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple Etsy and Shopify stores selling personalized print-on-demand products. We're looking for someone who has already managed high-volume POD shops and doesn't need to be taught the basics of how Etsy works.

You'll own day-to-day store operations — listings, orders, customer messages — so we can focus on new products and new stores.

What you'll do

Create and optimize Etsy listings: titles, tags, attributes, categories, descriptions
Build listing image sets that actually convert — mockups, size charts, personalization instructions, guarantee/trust badges, review callouts, "how it works" graphics
Manage incoming orders and personalization details, and get them to fulfillment accurately
Handle customer messages: proof approvals, revisions, shipping questions, issue resolution
Monitor listing performance and refresh underperforming listings
Keep product data, SKUs, and variants organized across Etsy and Shopify
Assist with launching new stores and migrating listings between them

Required experience

2+ years managing Etsy shops with real order volume (not just a personal shop)
Hands-on with personalized/custom products — custom pet products, bootleg-style tees, personalized blankets, name/photo products
You understand Etsy SEO: long-tail keywords, tag strategy, how the algorithm treats new listings
You know what belongs in a listing image stack and why each image exists
Comfortable managing personalization fields and catching bad customer inputs before they reach production
Shopify product and order management
Strong written English — you'll be replying to US customers directly

Nice to have
Printify, Printful, or similar POD platform experience
Canva or Photoshop for mockups and listing graphics
Great AI design prompt skills for mockups and designs
Understanding of print files and print-ready requirements
