JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into content that stops the scroll and
builds an audience week after week?

Are you someone who runs the play without being managed, delivers on time, and takes pride in
work that looks polished every single time?

The Rebel Builders is looking for a Video Editor & Content Distributor to own the production side of
Zach Spear's growing content machine. This role is responsible for taking Zach's recorded footage
and getting it from raw to live, edited, clipped, captioned, scheduled, and distributed across
YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook etc.

As our Video Editor & Content Distributor, we're trusting you to be the reason Zach's message
reaches more people every week. The strategy is built. The content pipeline is live. What we need is
someone who can execute it consistently and make every piece of content look like it belongs on a
top-tier channel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit 1 long-form YouTube video per week — polished, on brand, on schedule
Cut 3 to 5 short-form clips from each YouTube video and distribute across Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Apply AI-generated captions to all short-form content from the content dashboard
Acknowledge footage from Zach within 2 hours and deliver a first draft within 48 hours
Upload, schedule, and archive content in Google Drive weekly
Send a weekly check-in in Slack: what shipped, what is in queue, any blockers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Tools (proficient on day one)
Video editing: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Short-form clipping: OpusClip, Gling, or equivalent
YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Slack

Have a sharp eye for detail: captions, thumbnails, aspect ratios, brand language
Have a computer built for editing and a reliable internet connection
