JOB OVERVIEW

The Project Campaign Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day implementation and delivery of client digital marketing campaigns. Each PCM may manage up to 20 active client accounts, executing the strategy prescribed by the CMO while coordinating internal marTech and development resources.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and delivery for up to 20 active client campaigns/accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for campaign delivery from strategy handoff through execution.
- Implement campaign strategies and priorities as prescribed by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- Translate CMO strategy into clear tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and assignments for internal teams.
- Coordinate work between marTech, paid media, automation, creative, and development teams.
- Ensure all assigned client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Identify delays, blockers, missing assets, or performance concerns and escalate them quickly when necessary.
- Maintain ownership of campaign timelines and follow up with team members to prevent tasks from falling behind.
- Provide clients with daily status communication through Slack, including progress, completed work, upcoming priorities, and items requiring client input.
- Maintain professional, proactive, and clear client communication without requiring the CMO to manage routine campaign updates.
- Manage client requests and ensure new requests are properly documented, prioritized, and assigned.
- Maintain ClickUp as the central project-management system for every assigned account.
- Create, assign, update, and close ClickUp tasks for marTech, Dev, and other team members.
- Ensure ClickUp accurately reflects current deadlines, priorities, task owners, dependencies, and campaign status.
- Conduct regular quality-control reviews before client-facing deliverables are considered complete.
- Verify that campaigns are being implemented according to the approved strategy, scope, and client expectations.
- Coordinate campaign launches, automation deployments, website changes, landing pages, tracking, CRM updates, and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor outstanding client approvals, assets, credentials, and information needed by the delivery team.
- Maintain organized client documentation, campaign notes, approvals, and implementation history.
- Keep the CMO informed of major campaign developments, risks, strategic questions, and opportunities.
- Participate in internal campaign and production meetings as required.
- Help maintain a high standard of speed, accountability, communication, and execution across all War Horse Agency client accounts.

Primary Accountability
The PCM is the final person responsible for ensuring assigned client campaigns get delivered. While marTech specialists, developers, creatives, and other team members may perform individual tasks, the PCM owns the coordination, follow-up, communication, documentation, and successful completion of the overall campaign.

Success in this role means clients always know what is happening, team members always know what they are responsible for, ClickUp always reflects reality, and campaigns move forward without unnecessary delays.
