Job Title: Content Operations & Quality Control Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote (Philippines)

Reporting To: Founder, Head of marketing.

About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous, highly disciplined, and systems-oriented professional to take complete ownership of our content publishing and distribution pipeline.

We do not need you to write copy, invent creative strategies, or design graphics. Our leadership team produces all finalized text, video, and audio assets. Your sole focus is flawless execution and quality control. You will be the final line of defense before our brand speaks to the world, ensuring that every post, link, tag, and asset is published with zero errors, on time, every single time.

If you are someone who naturally double-checks their work, finds satisfaction in immaculate organization, and takes deep pride in personal accountability, this is a stable, high-trust, long-term role.

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

Zero-Defect Publishing: Take pre-approved assets and exact copy, format them natively, and publish/schedule them across [LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.] with 100% operational accuracy.

Meticulous Quality Assurance: Run a strict pre-publish checklist. Verifying correct account tagging, working link shorteners, bug-free formatting, proper line breaks, and error-free copy alignment.

Asset Hygiene & Database Management: Keep our cloud drives (Google Drive, Notion, Asana) impeccably organized. Maintain strict file-naming conventions and status tracking so any team member can find any asset instantly.

Platform Monitoring & Verification: Verify that scheduled posts publish correctly without technical platform failures. Immediately triage, log, and resolve any formatting or delivery issues.

Process Improvement: Help us refine and optimize our publishing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to make the operational workflow smoother, faster, and more foolproof over time.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

Obsessive Attention to Detail: You are naturally bothered by small errors (a dead link, a misaligned margin, a missing tag). Precision is your default state, not something you have to force.

High Conscientiousness & Accountability: You do not wait to be micromanaged. Once a process is assigned to you, leadership can consider it completely handled with absolute peace of mind.

Platform Literacy: Deep familiarity with native publishing features across major platforms (e.g., knowing how link previews generate on LinkedIn vs. X, or character limits per platform).

Systems-Minded: Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software (e.g., Notion, Asana, Buffer, Metricool, Airtable).

Professional Maturity: High respect for confidentiality, strict adherence to deadlines, and clear written English communication.

Why Join Us?

Clear Expectations: Zero guesswork. You will always have exact assets, copy, and established protocols.

Respect for Structure: We appreciate people who love systems, and we won't throw last-minute chaotic demands at you without clear direction.

High-Trust Environment: We hire diligent professionals and give them total autonomy over their workflow.

Competitive Compensation: High diligence and extreme reliability are rare; we offer top-of-market compensation to reward long-term accuracy.

How to Apply

To demonstrate the level of care this role requires, please follow these instructions carefully:

Include a brief, 3-step checklist of the exact things you double-check before hitting "publish" on a high-stakes social media post.

(Note: Applications that skip these instructions will not be reviewed.)
