JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to help us identify profitable products to resell on Amazon US.

This is a wholesale/reverse-sourcing position — not private label.

Responsibilities
Research profitable Amazon products using Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
Perform reverse sourcing to identify wholesale opportunities
Analyze distributor and supplier price lists
Match wholesale products to the correct Amazon ASIN
Analyze Keepa charts, BSR history and price history
Estimate monthly sales and product demand
Analyze Buy Box stability and seller competition
Calculate FBA fees, net profit, ROI and profit margin
Determine whether Amazon is competing on the listing
Identify potential gating/restriction issues
Flag potential IP/complaint-risk brands
Evaluate seasonality
Find legitimate U.S. wholesalers and distributors
Enter researched opportunities into our provided spreadsheet
Products We Are Looking For

Our general starting criteria:

35%+ ROI preferred
$5–$10+ net profit per unit preferred
Consistent sales history
Stable Buy Box
Prefer approximately 3–8 sellers
Prefer listings where Amazon is not a seller
NO IP/complaint risk
Low seasonality
Products available from legitimate wholesalers/distributors

We value quality over quantity. We would rather receive 5 thoroughly researched opportunities than 30 poor leads.

Required Experience

You should already have experience with:

Amazon FBA
Amazon wholesale sourcing
Keepa
SellerAmp SAS
Reverse sourcing
Buy Box analysis
BSR/sales analysis
ROI and profit calculations
Wholesale/distributor research
Paid Trial

Qualified candidates will complete a paid 2–3 hour product-sourcing test before being hired.

This position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and long-term work based on performance.

How to Apply

Start your application with the word KEEPASOURCE so we know you read the entire posting.

Please answer the following:

How many years/months have you sourced products for Amazon sellers?
How much of your experience is specifically wholesale sourcing?
What is your experience with Keepa and SellerAmp?
How do you determine whether an Amazon product has consistent sales?
What do you look for when analyzing a Keepa chart?
Give three reasons you might reject a product even if SellerAmp shows a high ROI.
How many thoroughly researched wholesale product opportunities can you realistically provide in a 4-hour workday?
Have you worked from wholesale distributor price lists before?
Are you currently sourcing products for any other Amazon sellers?
What hourly rate are you requesting?

Please do not apply if you have no experience analyzing Keepa charts or sourcing Amazon wholesale products.
