JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced **Facebook Marketplace Marketing Specialist** who can create and post professional, attention-grabbing **video ads on Facebook Marketplace** to generate leads for our U.S.-based tax and accounting company.

Our services include:

* IRS & State **Tax Resolution**
* **Tax Return Preparation**
* **Bookkeeping**
* **Payroll Services**

Your primary responsibility will be to consistently create and post Marketplace listings and video advertisements that generate **real inquiries, phone calls, and qualified leads**.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create Facebook Marketplace listings for our services
* Create/edit short promotional videos for each service
* Write strong headlines and descriptions that encourage prospects to respond
* Post and manage Marketplace ads/listings
* Refresh and repost listings as necessary
* Test different videos, headlines, locations, and offers
* Respond quickly to Facebook inquiries or forward leads to our team
* Track which ads generate the most leads
* Follow Facebook policies and use strategies that reduce the chance of listings being removed or accounts being restricted

**We are looking for someone who:**

* Has experience posting and marketing on Facebook Marketplace
* Knows how to create or edit short-form marketing videos
* Understands Facebook lead generation
* Has strong written English
* Is dependable and can work independently
* Understands that the goal is **qualified leads and appointments — not simply views or clicks**

Experience marketing **tax services, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial services, insurance, legal services, or other professional services** is a major plus.
