HIRING: REMOTE ACQUISITIONS CLOSER — US DEALS
100% Remote | Full-Time | US Timezone
$800/month base + $50–$500 per-deal bonuses

About Us:
Best Offer For Home LLC is a US-based real estate company that acquires distressed properties, including probate, inherited homes, tax-delinquent properties, and other complex situations.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales calls who is confident speaking with motivated and emotionally complex sellers.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or similar sales roles
- Comfortable handling negotiation calls, not just appointment setting
- Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
- Able to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
- Independent, resourceful, and able to figure things out without constant guidance
- Comfortable with emotional or distressed sellers
- Basic ability to read and interpret deeds, tax records, and probate filings
- Organized and consistent with CRM updates

Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–100 outbound calls/day to US property owners and family members
- Review basic property/legal documents and understand who is involved
- Build rapport with sellers and handle difficult conversations
- Negotiate offers and get deals under contract
- Follow up consistently, often across multiple conversations
- Log calls and notes accurately in the CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team to move deals toward closing
