JOB OVERVIEW

Patreon Community Manager / ---------- Moderator — Remote, Full-Time

Do you basically live on ---------- ? Are you the person in every server who welcomes new members, keeps the chat alive, and shuts down drama without making it worse? We're hiring someone to do exactly that — professionally, and get paid well for it.

What you'll do

Welcome new Patreon members and keep the ---------- server active and friendly
Reply to member DMs and comments on Patreon, ---------- , and social channels
Moderate chat: enforce server rules, defuse conflict, remove spam and bad actors
Post announcements, run polls, and organize community events or game nights
Track membership changes and flag churn risks or billing issues to the team
Escalate anything sensitive to the manager instead of handling it alone
Keep a simple daily log of activity and member feedback

What we're looking for

Strong conversational written English — warm and natural, not stiff
Real hands-on ---------- experience (roles, channels, bots, moderation tools)
Familiarity with Patreon or a similar membership platform, or willingness to learn it fast
Reliable internet and a working computer
Comfortable being online and responsive for most of your shift
18yrs old or older

Formal experience is nice but not required. If you've modded a big server as a volunteer, that counts with us.

About the community: this is a creator brand whose Patreon includes content for a subscriber audience. Your work is moderation and member engagement — you won't be creating or appearing in content. You should be comfortable working around that material.
