JOB OVERVIEW

Role:
Zapier & Operations Specialist.

Starting Salary:
$1,500 USD / month (based on experience).
Annual raises, promotions, and bonuses available.

Schedule:
Negotiable. Our current Filipino team works 5pm to 1am Philippine Time due to their customer service roles. However, this position offers greater flexibility, with daytime, evening, or overnight shifts available based on your preferred and current schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Zapier Implementation: There is a lot we do that can be automated. We're looking for a Zapier pro to better identify these areas, and implement solutions.

2. Recurring Operational Tasks: You will oversee and execute a variety of weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual operational tasks. These include recurring client processes that must be completed consistently and on time.

3: Process Adherence & Light Process Improvement: If you notice a clear improvement to an existing workflow, you are encouraged to suggest it. Interest in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Zendesk (or a similar ticketing system) is a bonus.

4. Create written Slab documentation and Loom screen recordings for processes and workflows.

- You are steady, reliable, and consistent in your output.

- You communicate clearly and proactively when something is unclear, missing, or to simply convey updates.
- Your English (written & verbal) is strong and professional.
- You double-check your work and take accuracy seriously.
- You work well remotely and independently.
