Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.

The ideal candidate must have proven recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral therapy, or staffing, and be comfortable handling multiple open positions while working with U.S.-based clients and candidates.

Experience recruiting for healthcare positions such as Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and other healthcare-related roles is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client and role requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews.
Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, availability, and role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule client interviews.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Clearly communicate job responsibilities, schedules, expectations, compensation, and client requirements to candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
Manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview status, offers, and hiring information in ATS/recruitment systems.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and clients to ensure positions are filled efficiently.
Support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
Follow up on pending interviews, offers, requirements, and onboarding documents.
Track recruitment activities and provide regular updates and reports.
Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and hiring processes.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of proven recruitment experience.
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting healthcare or behavioral therapy professionals is a major advantage.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple job openings and candidates at the same time.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet recruitment deadlines.
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and candidates.
Willing to work on an EST schedule.
Professional, proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
