JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching Workplace Fluency, a digital resource that helps remote professionals better understand U.S. workplace communication, expectations, and the meaning behind common phrases.

For example, what does a U.S. manager really mean by:

• “When you get a chance...”
• “Just checking in...”
• “Use your judgment.”

We’re looking for remote professionals who have experience working with U.S. clients and are comfortable creating short, natural videos and content to help promote Workplace Fluency.

How It Works

If selected:

• You’ll receive Workplace Fluency affiliate materials and resources to help you understand and promote the product
• We’ll provide content ideas, graphics, and promotional materials
• You’ll create simple, authentic content for your audience
• You’ll receive your own affiliate link
• You’ll earn 30% commission on qualifying sales
• Workplace Fluency launches at $19, which means you earn $5.70 per sale

No professional video equipment or large following is required. We’re looking for people who can communicate naturally and authentically.
