JOB OVERVIEW

Please read the complete post before applying. We are looking for an experienced dropshipping Product Researcher, not a general ecommerce virtual assistant.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a scaling health, beauty, and wellness ecommerce company building additional stores for international markets. We run Meta ads and sell through direct-response advertorial funnels.

Your role is to identify products with strong evidence before they are added to our testing pipeline. You must be comfortable using the Meta Ad Library, competitor funnels, spy tools, and structured validation criteria.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Find promising health, beauty, and wellness products using the Meta Ad Library and approved spy tools.
- Study competitor ads, stores, product pages, advertorials, and Funnelish funnels.
- Validate products using ad longevity, reach, creative volume, angles, market demand, competitor activity, and saturation risk.
- Identify the strongest customer problems, benefits, offers, and marketing angles for each product.
- Record every source link and supporting data in the approved Google Sheets template.
- Compare opportunities across UK, EU, Canada, Israel, Switzerland, and other assigned markets.
- Collect useful creative swipes and advertorial references for the Creative Strategist.
- Present a clear recommendation, supporting evidence, risks, and next step for every product.
- Recheck active evidence before recommending a product for testing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven product-research experience for dropshipping or direct-response ecommerce brands.
- Strong experience with health, beauty, wellness, supplements, or personal-care products.
- Heavy hands-on use of the Meta Ad Library.
- Familiar with Funnelish and able to identify advertorial-based funnels.
- Experience with tools such as WinningHunter, Minea, AdSpy, PPSpy, PiPiAds, or similar platforms.
- Strong Google Sheets organization and evidence-recording habits.
- Able to separate a genuinely promising product from a short-lived trend.
- Clear written English and reliable communication.
- Available full time and interested in long-term cooperation.

NICE TO HAVE

- Product research experience in UK, EU, Canada, Israel, or Switzerland.
- Creative swipe and angle research.
- Supplier, fulfillment, or competitor-pricing research.
- Experience presenting product recommendations to a strategist or leadership team.
