JOB OVERVIEW

Email Marketing Virtual Assistant

Y1 Group are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our email marketing across the business.

You must have strong hands-on experience using Klaviyo and be confident creating, designing and executing email campaigns and automated flows yourself. Klaviyo is at the core of this role, so we are looking for someone who can start making an impact from day one.

We are a fast-growing UK sports and clothing business covering Y1 Hockey, Y1 Padel, Y1 Teamwear and several custom clothing brands.

Role:

* Audit and improve our existing Klaviyo setup, particularly welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows.
* Build automated email flows that increase conversions, repeat purchases and customer retention.
* Design and write emails yourself, including copy, layouts, imagery, calls to action and overall email structure. Using software like Figma.
* Plan and send regular email campaigns across the different areas of the business.
* Create and manage an email marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns around launches, promotions and events.
* Segment our customer database to send more targeted and relevant emails based on customer behaviour and purchasing history.
* A/B test emails, including subject lines, creative, layouts, CTAs and send times, to continually improve performance.
* Manage list hygiene, tracking and integrations, ensuring Klaviyo, Shopify and our websites are working together correctly.
* Track performance and revenue, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion and revenue generated by campaigns and flows.
* Report regularly to the Marketing Manager, highlighting results, learnings and recommended next actions.

We are looking for someone highly proactive, organised and creative who can take ownership of email marketing rather than waiting to be given individual tasks.

You should be comfortable managing multiple brands and audiences at once and continually looking for new ideas to improve engagement and drive more revenue.

Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day, ideally overlapping significantly with UK working hours
