JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organized Title Support Specialist to manage the main inbox for a busy title and real estate closing office. This role is focused on keeping a high-volume catch-all inbox under control, with special attention to processing lender requests accurately and on time.

What you'll do:

Monitor and manage the main office email inbox, keeping it organized and responsive
Process lender requests, including title commitments, closing protection letters, fee statements, and wire instructions
Enter fee and closing figures into internal title software and balance against incoming wires
Handle post-closing follow-up requests
Respond to routine status inquiries from clients and lenders
Make occasional outbound phone calls, including check follow-ups

What we're looking for:

2-3 years of experience in the mortgage, title, or real estate closing industry, or in an administrative role within one of these fields
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Highly organized, able to manage a high volume of email and prioritize effectively
Reliable, able to work independently once trained
Available full-time, 35-40 hrs/week, during strict EST business hours

Schedule: Full-time, EST business hours
Work setup: Remote, reliable internet required
