# Senior Meta Media Buyer – eCommerce

Hi!

I'm looking for an **experienced, analytical, and hands-on Senior Meta Media Buyer** to help grow my eCommerce business.

I'm not looking for someone who simply knows how to launch campaigns. I'm looking for someone who truly understands Meta Ads, creative testing, performance analysis, and knows **when to take action — and when not to.**

You'll work closely with me and become my right hand when it comes to Meta advertising.

## What You'll Do

* Manage and monitor our Meta Ads accounts daily
* Analyze performance and identify problems/opportunities
* Kill underperforming ads and ad sets when necessary
* Launch and manage structured creative tests
* Develop new hooks, angles, offers, and concepts
* Create static ad creatives and write ad copy
* Analyze winning and losing creatives and create new iterations
* Use Meta Ad Library and other research tools
* Analyze Meta and Shopify data together
* Spot potential tracking or attribution issues
* Maintain a clear testing log with results and learnings
* Provide short daily updates and weekly performance reports
* Discuss scaling and larger strategic decisions directly with me

You'll eventually work across **two eCommerce stores targeting Europe and Australia**.

Meta is the main focus. Google Ads experience is a bonus.

## What I'm Looking For

* Minimum **2 years of Meta Ads experience**
* Proven eCommerce experience
* Real results you can show
* Experience scaling eCommerce campaigns
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Shopify
* Deep understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR, AOV, ROAS and MER
* Strong understanding of creative strategy and testing
* Experience with static image ads
* Ability to create creatives and write direct-response ad copy
* Proactive, analytical, and highly independent
* Excellent English communication
* Comfortable taking ownership and challenging ideas when the data says otherwise
* European market experience is highly preferred
* UGC/video experience is a bonus

## Working Hours & Compensation

* **14–28 hours per week**
* Accounts monitored **7 days per week**
* Flexible schedule with some overlap across Europe and Australia
* **$8–9 USD/hour to start**
* Paid weekly
* Performance bonuses
* Salary increases based on results
* Opportunity for more hours and responsibility

The starting rate is **not a long-term ceiling**. Strong performance and measurable value will be rewarded.
