Work Setup: Fully Remote — Philippines
Type of Work: Part-time to start, with potential to become full-time
Base Salary: Starting at $4 AUD/hour
Performance Review: Every 3 months, with opportunities for growth based on performance

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Contact leads and book consultations/appointments
* Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and email
* Manage leads and appointments through GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Assist with social media marketing and content creation
* Help manage Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
* Create and edit short-form videos for social media and advertising
* Assist with lead generation and marketing campaigns
* Keep CRM records organised and up to date
* Help the team improve lead generation and conversions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Preferably female
* Philippines-based
* Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content creation
* Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
* Strong video editing skills — CapCut or similar
* Good English communication skills
* Creative and comfortable creating marketing content
* Organised, reliable, and consistent
* Able to work independently
* Experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation is an advantage
* GoHighLevel experience is a plus
* Canva/content creation experience is a plus

Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience, internships, portfolio work, or hands-on experience in content creation and advertising are welcome to apply.
