$500 — paid monthly, on time, every time. + performance bonus and ability to develop into a more senior role over time.

Job Description
We're a international Google Ads agency working with DTC and ecommerce brands across Europe and the US.
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to support the founder with marketing and lead generation.

What you'll do

- Create lead lists and run outreach campaigns
- Create content using Canva
- Schedule content on a weekly basis
- Update our website in Framer
- Log all your work in our project management tool Notion
- Provide daily updates to the founder on Slack
- Create Ads using Canva and upload them to meta ads
- Ensure leads move across phases in our CRM
- Support marketing content: case studies, landing page copy, lead magnets, email newsletters
- Report weekly on pipeline metrics: leads contacted, replies, calls booked, show-up rate
- Continuously test and improve: new angles, new lists, new channels
- You'll also assist with a small number of operational tasks

Must-haves (please only apply if you meet these)
- 2+ years experience in marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with Notion
- Available at least 4 hours of overlap with CET (Netherlands) business hours
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily workflow
- Ability to think for yourself. We are not looking for AI slop as your output

Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
- Experience selling agency services or working inside a marketing agency
- Familiarity with Google Ads / know what it is
- Appointment-setting track record with real numbers you can share
