Senior Content Creator, Video Editor & Graphic Designer

We are an Australian business group seeking an experienced Content Creator and Video Editor for a long-term, full-time remote position.

This is a multidisciplinary creative role involving educational video production, AI-assisted content creation, product packaging design, digital graphics and website design support.

The ideal candidate is an expert video editor who can independently transform raw footage and briefs into professional, engaging content. You must also have strong graphic design skills and practical experience creating or editing product packaging.

Primary Responsibilities
Video Editing and Content Creation
Edit raw footage into professional online courses and structured learning modules
Produce short-form and long-form videos for training platforms, websites and social media
Improve storytelling, pacing, clarity and viewer engagement
Clean, enhance and balance audio
Add accurate, professionally formatted subtitles
Source and integrate appropriate b-roll, stock footage and supporting visuals
Create motion graphics, callouts, animations and on-screen educational elements
Apply colour correction, clean transitions and visual enhancements
Repurpose long-form videos into short educational and promotional content
Export videos in the correct formats and dimensions for different platforms

AI-Assisted Content Production
Use Higgsfield AI and other AI tools to create videos, b-roll, product scenes, backgrounds and supporting visuals
Use AI for transcription, subtitles, audio enhancement and workflow automation
Use AI to increase production speed without compromising quality
Review all AI-generated content for accuracy, consistency and professional quality
Stay current with emerging AI editing and content-creation technologies
You must be able to explain how AI is currently integrated into your creative workflow.

Packaging and Graphic Design
Create and edit product packaging, labels, boxes, inserts and manuals
Work accurately with packaging dielines, dimensions, bleed and CMYK colour profiles
Prepare print-ready production files for manufacturers and suppliers
Adapt existing packaging designs for different products and versions
Create product mock-ups, renders and presentation visuals
Maintain consistency across different brand identities
Organise editable source files and maintain clear version control

Website Design Support
Create website banners, graphics, icons and product imagery
Assist with page layouts and visual content presentation
Optimise images and videos for website performance
Apply basic responsive design, UX and visual hierarchy principles
Work with existing website templates and website-building platforms
Collaborate with management and developers on upcoming website projects

Required Skills
Strong Experience with Higgsfield AI
Strong professional experience in video editing and content creation
Advanced proficiency in CapCut Pro or equivalent software
Experience with After Effects, animation or motion graphics
Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent design software
Demonstrated experience creating or editing product packaging
Understanding of print-ready artwork, dielines, bleed and CMYK production
E or comparable AI video-generation tools
Practical experience using AI throughout the content-production process
Basic website design and responsive layout knowledge
Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to follow different brand guidelines across multiple projects
Excellent file organisation and version-control practices
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
Reliable internet and a computer capable of professional video editing

Highly Regarded
Online course or educational video production experience
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Product photography or 3D-rendering experience
Packaging experience in health, wellness, medical or consumer products
Familiarity with Odoo Website, WordPress, Shopify or Webflow
Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries

Employment Details
Base remuneration: Competitive based on experience and skills
Additional bonus incentives based on quality, accuracy and speed of delivery
Availability during agreed working hours, with regular overlap during Australian business hours
Final remuneration may be adjusted according to experience, portfolio quality and capabilities
