We are looking for a fast, creative, and highly efficient short-form video editor to handle high-volume content production for Zaire Odle (505K+ IG, 230K+ TikTok, 68K+ YT), a competitive golfer and fast-growing digital creator.
This is a remote, paid role starting immediately. We need someone who can turn raw long-form vlogs, on-course moments, and swing clips into a steady pipeline of high-retention short-form videos.
Primary Goals & Schedule:
Output: Produce 20 short-form videos per week (~3 videos per day across TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts).
Workflow: Batch edit from provided long-form raw footage, YouTube cuts, and standalone swing clips.
Hooks & Retention: Craft strong 3-second opening hooks, snappy pacing, dynamic captions, and engaging sound design.
Turnaround: Deliver in organized weekly or bi-weekly batches with 24–48 hour turnarounds for revisions.
Responsibilities:
Edit 9:16 vertical videos formatted specifically for TikTok, IG Reels, and Shorts.
Apply quick animated captions, graphic overlays, sound effects, and clean audio cuts.
