SaaS Product & Systems Director / Lead Developer

We are looking for someone who can work directly with the Director and development team to design, manage and build multiple SaaS platforms across different industries.

This is not only a developer role. The person must be able to understand the Director’s vision, convert ideas into structured systems, manage the technical build and help coordinate the wider development team.

Main Projects

1. International Real Estate SaaS

Build an Owner Portfolio Management System for property owners, real estate companies and property management teams.

The platform should include:

* Owner portfolio dashboard
* Multiple property management
* Property performance overview
* Revenue and occupancy tracking
* Property valuations and asset information
* Maintenance and operational tracking
* Owner documents and contracts
* Guest/customer information
* Property management team access
* Alerts and notifications
* AI recommendations
* Sales and rental opportunities
* Service upselling
* CRM integration
* Automated workflows
* Reporting
* Mobile and desktop interfaces

The objective is to create a central command centre for property owners to understand and manage their entire portfolio.

2. Solar & Energy Intelligence SaaS

Build a SaaS system for solar and energy companies to manage:

* Customer acquisition
* Customer onboarding
* Solar installations
* Consumer information
* Energy system monitoring
* Generation
* Consumption
* Import/export
* Battery performance
* System alerts
* Maintenance requirements
* Engineer bookings
* Customer servicing
* AI-generated recommendations
* Upsell opportunities
* Customer retention
* Energy reports
* Operations dashboards
* Management dashboards

The objective is to give solar companies a complete customer and energy intelligence platform from acquisition ? installation ? monitoring ? retention ? additional revenue.

* Manage authentication and user permissions
* Develop subscription/payment functionality
* Coordinate other developers
* Review development work
* Maintain development standards
* Test functionality
* Improve existing systems
* Plan future features
* Take platforms from concept ? prototype ? MVP ? live SaaS product
