JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We’re looking for a long-term static image ad editor to join our team and create high-quality image ads for our jewelry e-commerce brand.

You’ll work directly from briefs provided by our Creative Strategist and turn concepts into polished, conversion-focused static ads.

Responsibilities

- Follow creative briefs and instructions provided by our Creative Strategist
- Design and edit static image ads for Meta and other paid social platforms
- Create multiple batches of ads each week based on assigned concepts
- Produce variations of each concept to allow us to test different hooks, copy, imagery, and layouts
- Make revisions when needed based on feedback from our team

Skills & Requirements

- Strong experience creating static image ads for e-commerce brands

- A strong understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused creative

- Experience working with jewelry, fashion, beauty, or similar consumer brands is a plus

- Experience creating and working with AI-generated imagery is required. Many of our current concepts incorporate AI imagery in some capacity.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow creative briefs

- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule

- Must have the capacity to create up to 5 concepts per week, although approximately 2 concepts per week will be the average
For us, 1 concept = 1 core creative idea + 3 variations. Variations may include different hooks, text, imagery, layouts, or other small changes.

Pay

- Open to discussion based on experience and portfolio

- We prefer to pay per completed concept

- Reasonable revisions must be included at no additional cost when they involve minor adjustments or correcting something that did not follow the original brief

How to Apply

Please include your portfolio, rate/concept according to our definition (1 ad idea 3 variations) and relevant e-commerce static ad experience in your application.
