What would you be doing:
- Post general remote work and administrative job openings across social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages.
- Monitor incoming responses and expressions of interest from potential applicants.
- Filter and capture relevant candidate information based on established requirements.
- Route qualified respondents to the appropriate messaging channels for further communication.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of incoming applicants and recruitment-related information.
- Ensure job postings and profile presentations are kept clean, professional, and consistent with company guidelines.
- Support smooth coordination of candidate inquiries and recruitment-related activities.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and recruitment support duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and online job posting platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Highly responsive and able to communicate effectively during working hours.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling candidate information and administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in human resources and recruitment.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
