JOB OVERVIEW

# Gaming Content Creator — TikTok / Reels / Shorts

Plix.gg is a browser gaming platform with 72,000+ games and 300K+ monthly visitors.

We're hiring a creator to own our short-form content from idea to upload.

This is not an editing-only role. You will find the games, come up with concepts, record gameplay, shoot real-world footage, edit the videos and prepare them for posting.

Content can include:

* Single-game or multi-game videos
* Gameplay, challenges, memes, POVs and lists
* Laptop/phone videos filmed at schools, cafés, malls, outdoors, etc.
* Voiceover or no voiceover
* Trend-based concepts

We want variety. We do not want the same template repeated every day.

## WHAT YOU DO

* Record irl videos
* Find games on Plix worth making content about
* Create your own hooks and concepts
* Record clean gameplay
* Film good-looking IRL footage when the concept requires it
* Edit 10–40 second TikToks, Reels and Shorts
* Add music, captions and sound design
* Test alternative opening hooks
* Use performance data to improve future videos

You do not need to show your face or use your own voice (you are open to do)

## OUTPUT

7-10 finished videos per week.

Videos may use one game or several games. We care about retention and views, not forcing every video into the same format.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Strong short-form editing
* Good understanding of hooks and first-3-second retention
* Ability to film attractive real-world footage
* Someone who genuinely understands games
* Comfortable developing ideas independently
* Good sense of pacing, music, text, SFX and visual composition

You need:

* PC/laptop capable of smooth browser-game recording
* Smartphone with a good camera
* Reliable internet
* CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut or similar

## HOURS

No fixed schedule, timezone overlap or time tracking.

Work whenever you want as long as the content is delivered on time.

## PAY

₱65,000/month

Paid monthly via Wise.

Reasonable pre-approved expenses for outside shoots are reimbursed separately.
