JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and decorated Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA online arbitrage business on a long term basis. This role covers product analysing and sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and other day to day operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Find profitable products from UK retailers/wholesalers
Use Keepa and SellerAmp to analyse products and check profitability
Research new retailers, websites and potential suppliers
Go through wholesaler/supplier spreadsheets and product lists to identify potential products
Contact suppliers when needed and negotiate prices, discounts and deals
Build relationships with suppliers and look for better sourcing opportunities
Keep product leads and supplier information organised in spreadsheets
Consistently find and submit good quality product leads for review
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous experience with Amazon FBA or Seller Central preferred
Hands on experience and confident using SellerAMP and Keepa (Essential)
Strong written and spoken English for customer and supplier communication
Highly organised and comfortable with spreadsheets
Reliable internet connection and own a Laptop/PC
Willing to work UK hours (Preferred but not essential)
