JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Marketer/Manager

Location: Fully Remote
Rate:** $8–$15/hour

We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Marketer/Manager with strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

* 4+ years of Meta Ads experience specifically in lead generation (not primarily e-commerce)
* Hands-on experience managing and optimizing multiple Meta ad accounts
* Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, targeting, testing, and campaign optimization
* GoHighLevel experience preferred
* Strong English communication skills
* Client/account-facing experience is a plus, but **not required**

Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize multiple Meta ad accounts
* Build and execute lead generation campaigns
* Develop audience, creative testing, and budget strategies
* Monitor and improve campaign performance
* Troubleshoot tracking and funnel issues
* Provide campaign reports and recommendations
