Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Virtual Assistant to manage our digital marketing, web design, and graphic design initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in elevating our corporate digital footprint and supporting our B2B outreach strategies to engage top-tier commercial contractors.

Core Responsibilities

Web Management: Maintain, optimize, and regularly update the corporate website to ensure a professional, highly responsive, and user-friendly experience that accurately reflects our evolving operational capabilities.

Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a targeted B2B social media strategy designed to engage commercial General Contractors. Create compelling content that highlights our asset-based hauling capabilities, safety protocols, and comprehensive logistics solutions.

Marketing Collateral Design: Design professional-grade digital and print assets, including flyers, brochures, and outreach materials, to clearly articulate our value proposition and operational scale.

Brand Management: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms, maintaining a corporate identity synonymous with veteran-led discipline, reliability, and high-caliber service.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated professional experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or related role.

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, social media content creation, and professional graphic design (marketing collateral/flyers).

Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles; prior experience within the construction, logistics, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.

Technical proficiency in standard web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Exceptional written communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
