About Us
We are a growing CPG brand in the health, beauty, and personal care space. We sell through e-commerce channels and directly to existing wholesale / retail customers.
Our current priority is aggressively expanding the product lineup by proposing many new items to our existing customer base. We need someone who can own the front-end of product development — research, concepting, proposal creation — and tightly coordinate with Sales and Marketing throughout the process.
The Mission
Drive a high volume of strong new product proposals for our existing customers.
You will research opportunities, develop concepts, build clear proposals, and work closely with Sales and Marketing so we can present and close more new items faster.
What You’ll Own

Conduct product research and competitive analysis to identify viable new item opportunities
Develop product concepts (formulations direction, packaging ideas, positioning, rough costing)
Create professional product proposals and sell sheets for presentation to existing customers
Coordinate the full proposal process from initial idea ? refined concept ? ready-to-present package
Work closely with Sales on customer feedback, revisions, and prioritization
Partner with Marketing on positioning, claims, imagery needs, and launch messaging
Maintain a clear pipeline tracker of all concepts and proposals (status, owners, next steps)
Support basic supplier outreach and early sampling when concepts advance
Keep momentum high — we need consistent volume of quality proposals moving forward every week

You’re a Fit If You Have

3+ years in product development, product management, or category development within CPG (beauty, personal care, health & wellness preferred)
Strong experience researching and developing new product concepts
Ability to turn ideas into clear, professional proposals that Sales can present
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of concurrent concepts
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Self-directed with a bias toward action and ownership

Strong Plus

Experience supporting wholesale / retail customer presentations or private label development
Familiarity with beauty/personal care formulations, packaging, or claims
Experience with Amazon / e-commerce private label product research
Ability to do basic costing and margin estimates

Sales and Marketing receive clean, usable materials without heavy back-and-forth
High volume of concepts moving forward without leadership having to chase updates
Clear documentation and prioritization of the proposal pipeline
