JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our growing agency full-time.

We specialize in generating leads for home service businesses (HVAC & Garage Door companies) using Facebook & Instagram ads.

This is not just a campaign optimization role.

We're looking for someone who can take a client from onboarding all the way to launch, owning the entire setup process before optimizing and scaling campaigns.

### Responsibilities

When a new client signs, you'll be responsible for:

Reviewing the onboarding questionnaire and understanding the client's business
Researching competitors and building the advertising strategy
Developing offers, ad angles, and campaign concepts
Writing Meta ad copy (we have proven frameworks you can follow)
Creating static ad creatives using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Manus, etc.)
Building campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
Setting up audiences, tracking, and campaign structure
Building the client's GoHighLevel account from our snapshots
Configuring pipelines, calendars, forms, workflows, and automations
Completing A2P registration
QA testing everything before launch
Launching campaigns
Monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns based on performance

### Requirements

2+ years managing Meta Ads
Proven experience generating leads for local businesses
Experience with GoHighLevel
Strong understanding of campaign strategy
Ability to write compelling ad copy
Experience creating static ad creatives
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent English communication
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Able to work independently without constant direction

### Bonus Points

- Home service marketing experience (HVAC, garage doors, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
- Experience building GoHighLevel snapshots
- Experience with A2P registration
- Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, Manus, etc.
- Experience improving landing page conversion rates

You can't build and launch a client from onboarding to live campaigns
You don't know how to troubleshoot when performance drops
You rely entirely on AI to create strategy, copy, or creatives
You're managing multiple agency jobs and can't commit to this role full-time
You're looking for a short-term freelance gig
You aren't extremely organized and detail-oriented
You miss deadlines or need to be reminded to complete tasks
You aren't comfortable being held accountable for client results

Most important: if you want someone to hand you finished campaigns to monitor, this isn't the role for you. We need someone who can own the entire media buying process from start to finish.
