About Us
Gutter Guru Business LLC is a rain gutter and dryer vent cleaning company serving apartment complexes, HOAs, hotels, and school districts across the U.S. We're growing fast and need a reliable, personable caller to keep our pipeline moving.

The Role
We're looking for a Cold Caller to follow up with leads who have already received a quote from us. This is not a hard-sell cold calling role — it's about reconnecting with warm leads, confirming they got their quote, and moving the conversation toward a scheduled job.

What You'll Do
- Call leads who have already received a quote to confirm receipt
- Ask if they have any questions about the quote and address basic concerns
- Determine when they'd like service scheduled, or their expected close/decision date
- Log every call outcome and next step clearly in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Follow up on a consistent cadence with leads who haven't responded
- Flag hot leads or urgent timelines to the team immediately
- Escalate pricing objections or complex questions to management

What We're Looking For
- Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Organized — you'll be tracking many leads at different stages
- Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive experience a plus)
- Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales follow-up preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have
- Experience in property management, facilities, or B2B service industries
