About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-minded Salesforce Administrator to join our remote team and play an important role in keeping our Salesforce environment organized, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is a hands-on offshore role where you’ll work closely with U.S.-based teams across operations, intake, recruiting, billing, and leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of real Salesforce projects, solve day-to-day challenges, and help build systems that make the business run more efficiently.
If you enjoy figuring out how things work, turning business needs into practical Salesforce solutions, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day Salesforce environment, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, flows, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams and leadership make better decisions.
- Perform data imports, exports, updates, cleanup, deduplication, and quality checks to keep our data accurate and reliable.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into clean Salesforce configurations.
- Test new configurations and changes thoroughly before they go live.
- Clearly document configuration changes, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Support integrations and connected tools when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce processes and make them more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Help maintain a Salesforce environment that is clean, organized, and easy for teams to use.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, permissions, sharing, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
- Comfortable working with data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup.
- Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/offshore environment.
- Reliable availability with some overlap with U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or how to work with developers when a request goes beyond Salesforce configuration.
- Experience supporting healthcare, ABA, recruiting, intake, billing, or operations teams.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or international teams.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company.
What Makes This Role Different
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply work through tickets all day. We’re looking for someone who can think through problems, understand the “why” behind a request, ask thoughtful questions, and build solutions that actually make people’s work easier.
You’ll have meaningful ownership over the Salesforce environment and the opportunity to improve systems that are used across different areas of the business. As you become familiar with our processes, we want you to bring ideas to the table, not just follow instructions.
You’ll work with a U.S.-based team while having the flexibility and independence of a remote role. It’s a great opportunity for someone in the Philippines who wants to grow their Salesforce expertise, gain international work experience, and have a real impact on a growing company.
If you’re someone who is...
- Naturally curious and enjoys solving problems
- Good at connecting business needs with technical solutions
- Organized and careful with details
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Confident communicating with an international team
- Excited to keep learning and improving
We’d love to hear from you.
